1. Shipping Destinations
At this time, Vital Bloom exclusively ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping right now, but we hope to expand our reach in the future!
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed before they are handed off to our shipping carriers.
- Processing Window: Please allow 1 to 5 business days for our team to verify your order details, perform quality control checks, and securely pack your items.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major US holidays.
3. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Once your package leaves our fulfillment facility, it enters the carrier network for transit.
- Average Shipping Time: 7 to 15 days within the USA.
- Total Estimated Delivery Window: Combining processing and shipping, most customers receive their orders within 8 to 20 days from the date of purchase.
Please note: These timelines are estimates. Occasional carrier bottlenecks, severe weather, or unexpected delays can sometimes introduce minor transit adjustments beyond our direct control.
4. Tracking Your Order
We want you to know exactly where your package is at every step of its journey.
- As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number and a link to trace the transit progress.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier network to update the initial tracking status online.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Your peace of mind matters to us. If your delivery window has fully passed and your tracking link shows no progress, please do the following:
- Check with your local post office or delivery locker first, as packages are occasionally held safely nearby if a delivery attempt was missed.
- If the package cannot be located or arrives severely damaged, contact us immediately at vitalbloom@amiriasmasreach.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund for verified transit issues.
